Saga Corporate Finance acted as the sole financial advisor for the owners of Rustibus Worldwide AS in connection with the sale to Lifco AB
Rustibus Worldwide AS is a leading provider of surface preparation tools and safety equipment for customers in the marine industry. In 2018, the Company reported net sales of approximately 56 MNOK. The business is headquartered outside Bergen in Norway and employs about 25 people.
After the transacation, Rustibus Worldwide will be a part of Lifco’s Business Area Systems Solutions, division Environmental Technology.
