Saga Corporate Finance acted as the sole financial advisor for the owners of Mill International AS in connection with the sale to Credo Partners AS
Mill International AS (Mill) designs and manufactures wall hanging- and portable electrical space heaters. Through its long experience and unique designs, the Company has rapidly positioned itself as the leading player in the electrical space heater market in the Nordics. Mill is experiencing strong growth in its core markets, while at the same time a growing demand from its export markets. Mill is now looking to accelerate its international growth while continuing to uphold its leading position in established markets, and be at the forefront of innovation. With Credo Partners on the team, the Company is strongly equipped to succeed also in the next phase.
The Company has a turnover of approx. NOK 118 million in 2018 and about 15 employees. The Company has offices in Norway, the Netherlands and China.
