Heldal Gjerdenett

Saga Corporate Finance assisted Heldal Gjerdnett in selling a majority stake to Garda Sikring, a portfolio company of Longship Private Equity.

Since 1954, Heldal Gjerdenett has been a significant player in Western Norway, with extensive experience in area security and deliveries of wickerwork and posts for fences, gates, and drainage channels. Garda Sikring is a market leader in the security of roads, plants, areas, and properties. Prior to the acquisition, the company had ten departments, 280 employees, and an annual turnover of more than NOK 600 million.
