Saga Corporate Finance acted as joint financial advisors in the acquisition of Fabricom from ENGIE.

Fabricom AS with subsidiaries changed from the 22nd of February 2018 owner and name – and is now Endúr. Endúr holds extensive experience of maintenance, modification, construction, installation and rebuilding of complex oil and gas installations both onshore and offshore. With Norwegian industrial ownership, Endúr Fabricom has a solid foundation for solving its clients’ tasks in the future.
