Saga Corporate Finance advised Vestlandsentreprenøren with the sale of Vitek Miljø to Serwent, a portfolio company of Norvestor.

Vitek Miljø, headquartered in Rådal outside Bergen, is a leading provider of underground infrastructure maintenance (UIM) services in western Norway. The company provides a comprehensive range of maintenance services to critical infrastructure, both above and below ground, including pipe flushing, emptying, inspection, industrial cleaning, waste management, and pipe renewal.

Following the acquisition, Serwent’s offering in western Norway will be significantly strengthened, also providing Vitek Miljø with a strong foundation for further growth.

The company has 39 employees and a modern fleet of vehicles and machinery. In 2024, revenues amounted to NOK 133 million.
